  1. Do I have to complete the two day CCNSG Safety Passport Course if I have sat through it before but my passport has expired?
    You are still eligible to quality for the one-day renewal course provided your card has not expired for more than three months.

  2. Do you carry out training at customers’ own premises?
    Yes, all our courses can be held off site. We will discuss the requirements with you at the enquiry stage.

  3. Can you customise confined space courses to suit our particular requirements, environment and hazards?
    Yes - again this will be discussed with you at the enquiry stage to ensure we have all the relevant information.

  4. Can I obtain a replacement certificate if I lose the original?
    Yes; however there may be a small administrative charge for this.

  5. Is lunch included?
    For courses of duration of 1 day and over, a light lunch and refreshments will be provided.

  6. When will I receive my certificate?
    On completion of the course, a Mines Rescue certificate is posted within 7 days; outside accreditation certification will be longer as it is outside our control.

  7. Do I need to wear PPE?
    For the confined space, breathing apparatus and related courses, we will provide helmet, lamp belt and kneepads. You will need to provide personal items such as overalls and safety boots/shoes.

  8. Can you deal with people with disabilities?
    All our Training Centres have disability welfare facilities and, if necessary, candidates can be assessed verbally on a one-to-one basis.
