Rescue &  Safety Cover


If you wish to use your own trained personnel to carry out work in confined spaces, we can provide experienced, competent and accredited rescue/safety cover using an Emergency Response Team - a necessary "insurance" should anything go wrong.


Confined Space Services


We can work alongside your own organisation to carry out tasks and surveys within most confined spaces or hazardous areas, with or without breathing apparatus, depending on the risks.


We will use breathing apparatus associated with the risk assessments.  We have a full range of apparatus which our operatives use, from 20 minutes duration right through to the 4 hour regenerative sets, giving the ability to operate in vessels and tanks, make deep penetration into or carry out protracted duties within confined spaces or hazardous areas.


Development of Emergency Plans/Arrangements


We offer a highly professional service for those requiring risk assessments, method statements, safe systems of work etc for hazardous tasks.


We can also provide, on request, a confined space assessment service which will highlight areas which are designated as low, medium or high risk confined spaces.

Face Fit Testing


Our face fit testing service is delivered by a team of professionally qualified and highly experienced face fit testers.  Under the COSHH Regulations, all employers have a duty to provide face fit testing for their employees.  Face fit testing is a method for checking that a tight fitting face piece matches the person's facial feature sand seals adequately to the wearer's face.


Breathing Apparatus Servicing & Maintenance


MRSL can service and maintain your breathing apparatus and equipment using our fully trained and experienced operatives.


Sale/Hire of Ancillary Safety Equipment


We can provide our customers with the following equipment:-



  • Breathing Apparatus (open circuit, self contained, long duration, escape etc)

  • Tripod, winch and fall arrest

  • Harnesses - working and rescue

  • Rescue systems, including stretchers

Fire Equipment Sales & Servicing


Fire equipment servicing contracts are available - "no premises too large or small".  We also offer a wide variety of extinguishers and equipment for sale and can also supply PPE for your fire fighting personnel.
